Translation of moulds for the successive injection of multiple materials in a single mould. This technology reduces mould costs.
GATE SYSTEM :
The gate enables the successive injection of multiple materials in a single mould without opening a mould prior to the completion of the moulding. This technology provides reduced mould costs and a very good chemical bond between the materials.
ROBOT TRANSFER :
Transfer of “insert” pieces using a robot from one mould to another for simultaneous overmoulding with another material. This technology reduces cycle times.
Fully equipped with robot bi-injection presses, Ixemer has a range of machinery capable of implementing these different technologies.
All of the presses are fitted with rotating bases for simultaneous injection (for rotary moulds)
